Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 15%, or the following automatic or mandatory charges (e.g., resort charges):

$1.00 Savannah Tourism Public Improvement District Fee, $5.00 City Fee. No automatic or mandatory charges are tips, gratuities, or

services charges for employees, unless otherwise expressly stated. Room rates will be subject to a non-commissionable daily destination

fee of $32.00 per room per night.

A courtesy block of 10 standard rooms will be offered for the above dates at the discounted rate. Additional rooms may be offered once

these rooms are reserved but are not guaranteed at the same rate. Any additional rooms offered are based on hotel availability at time of

request.

Rates are valid three days prior and three days post arrival and departure dates, based on hotel availability. We will offer these rates until

September 18th, 2024 or until discounted rooms are no longer available. After the cutoff date, guest room rates will be offered at the best

available rate. Please note that any individual reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to one

night of room and tax. Please note this is not a contractual agreement, nor a commitment to hold a specific number of guest rooms. In

addition, the rates being offered are special discounted rates. While most often these rates will be the lowest rates offered, they are not

guaranteed to be the lowest rate at all times.

This rate can be booked by calling Marriott directly or by using the booking link set up by The Alida Hotel.

DESTINATION AMENITY FEE

A daily amenities and services fee of $32.00 is added to the group room rate. Guests will enjoy:

CANCELLATION POLICY

Canceling your reservation before 6:00 PM (local hotel time) on Wednesday, 16 October, 2024 will result in no charge. Canceling your reservation between 6:00 PM (local hotel time) on 16 October, 2024 and 6:00 PM (local hotel time) on 18 October, 2024 will result in a charge for the first night per room to your credit card or other guaranteed payment method.
